We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with 2+ years of hands-on experience, preferably in an agency environment. The ideal candidate understands brand voice, platform nuances, trends, and performance metrics and knows how to translate all of that into engaging, high-impact content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
- Handle day-to-day operations using Meta Business Suite and native platform tools
- Conduct social media audits, hygiene checks, and profile optimizations for brands
- Plan, create, and publish content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Write copy and content for posts, captions, reels, carousels, and campaigns
- Perform keyword and hashtag research to improve reach and engagement
- Track, analyze, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual social media reports
- Identify and tap into trending topics, formats, and platform updates
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform content and strategy
- Contribute to visual ideation and collaborate with design teams
- Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (agency background preferred)
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
- Good command over copywriting and content writing
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/projects Canva proficiency (added advantage)
- Understanding of reels/short-form video trend
